Personal Training/Online Coaching
I provide online coaching for you to achieve your physical goals either at home or at the gym.

This includes your workout programme, nutrition/diet tracking, weekly check ins and consistent support.

I have 1 month, 3 and 6 month options.

Yoga Classes
I teach Yoga Classes locally; in and around Beverley on a weekly basis.
I also offer in home 1:1 yoga or small private groups (2-4) participants. This can be done in home or at an appropriate studio space.

Dance
I offer 1:1 or group dance classes primarily in Ballet and Contemporary Technique.
